Janelle Harrington
Janelle is from the United States. She has a diverse background in manufacturing, FMCG, IT industry, finance, entertainment industry, international sales, customer service, negotiations, and corporate training. As a founder of ProHexis, she is driven to push her clients to reach their goals whether they are doctors, CEOs, VPs, or executive team members.
As an instructor, she is passionate, enthusiastic, and lively. She is driven by setting goals for her clients to reach. She gets excited about language learning, cross-cultural, public speaking, the immigration process, and seeing clients succeed in the company. Since she is optimistic, positive, and outgoing, most clients enjoy learning with her.
In Janelle’s personal life, she enjoys swimming or doing outdoor activities with her son and husband. She volunteers her time in doing grief counseling, marriage counseling, and helping young children improve their behavior skills. She volunteers over 50 hours a month doing this.

Daniel Fisher
Dan hails from the United Kingdom. He has a diverse background in customer service, sales, account management, retail, procurement, aviation and healthcare industries, academic teaching, and corporate training. As one of the founders of ProHexis, he possesses the ability to bring clients together to find their goals and career path. When clients need to travel to Europe, Dan ensures they understand the accent and are well prepared for what they will face in a different country.
As an instructor, Dan is a very professional teacher with the utmost integrity. With a diverse knowledge of Asian and European cultures, he helps students bridge the cross-cultural challenges most international companies face. Clients often say Dan is insightful and approachable, so they feel pleasant during training.
In Dan’s personal life, he enjoys various activities and improving his own abilities, including his knowledge and practice of pedagogy. He also values volunteering time with friends and colleagues in various teaching activities.

Shingo Yamasaki
Shingo is of Japanese descent and educated in the United States. He has a diverse background in customer service, management, public speaking, the IT industry, finance, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate training. As a founder of Prohexis, he is passionate about helping clients build confidence in public speaking, presentations, logical thinking, and structured writing. He feels excited when students come back from their event with a successful delivery of their presentation or speech.
As an instructor, Shingo is lively, enthusiastic, and witty. He loves to laugh in his classes together with clients. If you are having a bad day at work, he will make sure you leave training built up and optimistic. Shingo is known as the “Grammar King” due to his learning English grammar from a renowned Greek professor in the United States that focused on the logic of English. Therefore, clients who may have grammar issues in speaking or writing benefit greatly from his expertise and knowledge.
